Vintage "Precious Moments" blown glass girl with bird, bell figurineThis cute little gal stands approx 3.5" tall and is approx 1.75" across the bottom of the bell !!!
I can't be 100% positive that it is glass or plastic, without damaging it, so just be aware that it could be either !!!
I'm not sure of the age on this, but it was in with some of my Mom's Avon figures and they were circa 1970s -1980s
There is a sticker on the bottom rear of the skirt that reads " © PMI "
