no I do not, this was given to me as a gift, but there wasn't anything else besides the actual counter

Does this calculate the points of various foods as well, or does it just keep track of your daily intake?

Basically you put in the amount of points you have daily, then you can add and subtract so you don't lose count. It's more for people that are on the go all the time that can't sit there and write everything out right away and so you don't lose track of your points.
