I got this kind of Jewelery before the 1928 is the year that style was in Good department store care the different year on them . Very pretty but not that old.

hello...do you know if this is .925 sterling silver or silvertone. if you have a magnet...even one off the refrigerator, if this does NOT stick, it is real sterling or silver plated...if it DOES stick, then it is silver metal. you said you like learning new things! also, to clean REAL SILVER AND GOLD, use the chalky white toothpaste ( not gel) and an old toothbrush! works beautifully! sheri in lake tahoe :-)

It's from the 1928 jewelry company. Established about 25 years ago, they make reproduction costume jewelry of very good quality. Not likely silver but likely plated with silver or rhodium. Very pretty!
