Im sorry but I dont know what the flow of the nipples are, I was under the impression with this particular brand they are all the same (?)...there is nothing to label what flow they are...Im sorry

If u take apart the nipples and look along the edge of the inner blue nipple it should say stage 1 for a slow flow and stage 2 for medium flow

I'm sorry it's not the inner blue nipple where the flow can be found it's the outer clear nipple along the outer edge if u turn the nipple upside down u should be able to see the stage 1 or stage 2
