This charming strapless 'Charlotte Russe' dress takes the classic dress and gives it an edge. From the black floral print detailing on white lace, to the black ribbon bow accent below the bust, this chic head-turner makes a sexy style statement that will last long after you leave the room.

The tag was cut off, and therefore does not have a size, but I usually wear a size small in ladies (sometimes petite), and this dress fits me well. Has some stretch to it.
Would also fit juniors.
