Pregnancy can change your feet, mine went from high arch to flat feet...Which meant that all my pre-pregnancy shoes no longer fit me, now instead of super narrow, mine are now just shy of a medium width....it happens... :-)

the ones i have had in the past run true to size, to me my feet got bigger after pregnancy so im really not positive. i am a half size bigger now :( . after reading reviews 74% say they are true to size. hope that helps

I'm sorry they are true to size, they don't have a lot of give but I have narrow feet so I can't promise tha they wouldn't

That's weird that the fit true to size. I have multiple pairs of Steve Madden/Madden Girl shoes and I'm usually a 9 or a 9.5 but in this brand, I am an 8 or 8.5

dont know what to tell you. every pair i have ever owned with the exception of a couple have always fit true to size for me. this may be different for other people. i have long, narrow feet.
