When I was younger I use to watch Yewell Gibbens and I tried to eat cattails. They tasted somewhat like asperigus. Looking forward to trying the recipes if I win.

He had a book out called, "Stalking the Good Life". I mushroom hunt and have ate fried dandilions. Also ate dandilion greens. I look for things like this.
