Just an FYI, the rounded end of the cable on an older keyboard or mouse is a PS2 connector, which is used on mostly older systems and some new ones. The flat tip that many are use to seeing these days is the USB connector, which is used on many systems these days. You can always get a device called a converter which can convert PS2 to USB and vice versa. Good Luck! ~JG~
