I am confused about having to pay for shipping if I win multiple auctions from you. Discourages me from bidding on your auctions - if you can combine packages does that not lower your shipping fees, even with the Post Office changes? Or, ship each item individually if that keeps your postage lower... ???

I have to redo all my postage info once the PO does its normal January increase. Don't know what its going to be yet, but know they usually do it every year.
As to my madness as to how I ship: If it will fit in a regular envelope (under 3 oz and under 1/4") - and only takes one .50 cent stamp I will ship for free
The next step is for items over those dimensions. If it will ship as a flat rate envelope I will email with the exact cost. I do not know what this will be ahead of time.
The next one is for heavier or bulkier items that have to go as a parcel. This runs 3.50 or 3.75 and includes tracking.
I do not know how to not confuse customers as they will not let me list my combined costs. I either have to go Free or exact cost. Most of my customers fit in the first or second price range. I have tried different ways and Listia has slapped me. so I am between a rock and a hard place.
If I tried to ship your items individually for the Free - and you won 6 items it would cost me 6 dollars. I am a little old retired great granny on a small fixed income - I ship between 15 to 20 or so packages a week so you can figure out how much I put out as it is.
I want every one to be happy. I used to charge a flat rate of 2.50 - but that is not fair to the one or two item winners. Nor is it fair to me if the item runs 3.50 or more.
*sigh* I wish I could figure something out to be fair to everyone. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
If there comes a time you cannot pay - we can work it out. I have a couple old retired great grannies that I offer FREE shipping to because I can relate. I can't afford shipping on lots of things either (some people don't even try to be fair - a .99 cent item with 19.99 shipping is not fair in my opinion)
Anyway don't worry about it. We;ll figure something out that works for both of us. Just help me help you. I can't know everyone's situation.

i understand the problem.. when I offer free shipping I try to figure out a close fit and adjust my bid minimums... sometimes I just have to eat the postage and make it up with other auctions - but when I say shipping is free, I have to give it free... - that's why this confuses me because you advertise free shipping but then say it may not be... but I do understand and the shipping rates is making this harder and harder to do

maybe I should chose 'exact cost' and go from there????

that may work better... with postage rising and people less willing to bid enough to cover costs... this gets very confusing for us all. :-)

sure does. And I don't understand anything about this currency thing - so no idea how to price

everytime I check it seems to only be worth 2 cents a credit... like bit coin but not taking off very fast. and it seems to have dropped more. I'm trying to earn a lot of free credits to help off set it all. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ink/

yes I check all the time but I don't know if that is for .01 or 1 - and it has dropped like a stone. i wish they would go back to the credits thing. I just don't like this. And if its for 1 - I'm selling my items for something like 50 cents. *sigh* so confusing.

I agree totally.. another reason I go for free credits when I can... i have things to list but am hesitant for those things what will cost more to ship... hope your Holidays a bright.....relaxing.. and FUN!

how do you get free credits? or do you mean the free XNK?

at the top of my page it says Get INK - and then I choose - Earn free Ink. There are videos under AdWall (i set it to play and then just check on it) and under Radium there are web pages bits to watch/play...not a lot of INK but if you do it regularly it can add up.
