This is new, used one time. My own fault, I keep forgetting that I have it! Anyway, it is as seen on Tv and it says that you can get dramatic results in just 2 minutes a day (that is if you actually use it!ha) Also says that it gently firms the underlying muscles of the neck and tightens the skin for a dramatic lift.

its supposed to work. There are several springs and it looks like you start off with the easiest and then get harder until your neck is tight
