The listing, Strawberry shortcake dress has ended.

Home made strawberry short cake dress. Measures 9 inches across the chest and 20 inches long. Very pretty when my daughter twirled in it. It is cotton and has been machine washed. There is elastic in the chest band and shoulder straps.
Comes from and smoke free and pet free home. No rips, tears or stains.

My daughter wore it last summer at 3.5 years old, but she is thin. I would say a 2-3 years old average size girl would fit.

You would need to measure her chest. The top of this is 18 inches around, but has elastic around the top. If her chest is 20 inches it should fit.

yes around. The dress is 18 inches around the chest unstretched , but can stretch up to 25 inches. My daughter was 20 inches around her chest when she wore it.
