Very nice set has been packed so it needs washed to get the wrinkles out.,No smoke or pets in house size is about 6 to 9 . lots of summer colors ,works well over swim wear.

The skirt is not fully open. it is open about 5 inches then sewn closed for about 12 ins then open all the away down from there. Thank You

yes it has elastic waist with a tie .. I 'm not sure what F&W means ,but if you tell me will be that more thank full for just knowing you.

as I'm not up to speed with F&W I would be for ever grateful if you told me what that means.lol.sorry. the waist is elastic with a tie . let me try this a different way. it is split from the top down say 5 inches then put together for about 12 ins then split again .to give it a full wrap look with out the worry of it falling off to much depending your size.sorry again about not know what F&W is but as soon as you let me know I'll give an answer again thank you.
