i dont know much about phones, this one is touch screen, i dont know the model # it wont let me get into it without a sim card i used it for a while with a sim card but i dont have atnt anymore, i did use it with a plan

no charger sorry, i do have it but i need it for my other phone and yes jus put in your sim card and your good to go you dont need to take it in to atnt or anything like that

Any at&t phone will work with your sim card, it doesn't matter if the phone was activated on a different at&t plan, my friend and I tried it once and it worked perfectly fine.
