No, they aren't long enough. Are you looking for a pencil bag or just a way to use this? I use multiple coin purses rather than a wallet. 1 keeps my change, 1 for the paper money, 1 for id cards, and and other for paper money and coupons. these are a good size for stuff like that. then if I want I can put "girl" stuff in an other rather than having those things float around my purse for a wek every month. I've got one more that I keep travel size tissues in and lip gloss. It doesn't always keep me organzied because there is still always junk floating around my purse, but I try.
