what's bias? I'm going to assume from underneath the bust (because that's what I would want to know) - 26 1/2 inches. arm pit to arm pit - 20 inches. That's layed flat. Hope I did that right?

It has adjustable straps so you could fit it even if your a size smaller. I wore it when I was a size 16. So technically you could wear this dress if your a size 18 or a size 16. :) I would not recommend it for anyone smaller than that though. I'm in a large now and it swims on me!

You might be okay with a 14/16. That's what I wore before I became a large. Now I'm a 12/14.
