no not real hair and yes adj] band on inside. its the kind that you hook it in and it stretches.i just listed a hair pice its a clip on thats real hair. ty for looking

ill get bk with you with that. and i did want to say ive been having problems with wig /color getting true color but this wig has true color in auction pics

it is around 23in long i only have metal measure] i went from top of wig to tip of hair . and i go 23 in. hopethat helps.
