The display lenses have not been replaced
Screws can use some tightening, but I'm sure that can be done when you take them in
There is a scratch on the right side... right at the curve.

I don't have a case for them... sorry

measurements? does it have the traditional 3 measurements that glasses have? Also are the hinges open out wider? I have a big head. lol

Great question.... I acutally had to google the meaning of the 3 measurements... LOL.
Here are the numbers on the frame:
VPR 10H 53()13 2B x - 101 135
Didn't look like anything I googled... but I'm sure it means something.
And yes the hinges have a spring.

It's on the frame... The left arm where is curves around your ear. Yes, if u look at it you will notice it. I'm sure if you get it polished when they change out the display lenses it will be hardly noticeable. Otherwise it is hidden from your ear. The lenses are display.
