The listing, Anti-pull Dog Harness has ended.

This anti-pull harness is supposed to help keep your dog from pulling on the leash. I got this for my cocker spaniel and it was just a little too tight. It is size small - fits neck 9-12 inches. Never used - I just tried it on my dog. The box is a little torn up but the harness has not been used. It is red and black. Local pickup or I will ship in the US. Buyer pays shipping -prefer money order or cashiers check. I will have to check on price of shipping but probably $5 or less.

Not really sure. All I know is that it was a little tight on my cocker but not too bad. According to a sweater I have it list the beagle as wearing a medium and a cocker as a large so.....I still have to check on the price of mailing it tomorrow.

I don't think this would work for a beagle unless it's really small I know my girl wears at least a 14-16" collar
