This is a very large. 3 1/4 inch eagle pin. The eagle is holding an olive branch in its left talon, and 3 arrows in its right talon. The eagle is facing left.

This could be used as a pin, but it also has the brackets so it can be strung on a chain. This is a heavy pin.

It is made of an unknown gold tone metal, but this is not gold.

This appears to be new, not an antique
