Back by popular demand... Milliana Designs silk RUFFLE SKIRT... that can be made into a dress, plus much more!! This skirt is made with strips of fabric that ruffle at the bottom giving it some pizazz!

Waist is 48-50 inches and will fit up to a 14. so it fits from a 2-14. Length is approx. 28-30 inches, usually just below the knee.

I have posted some instructions of the most popular way to wear it. You'll receive an instruction sheet in with your skirt and if you use GIN you get a 30 minute video showing step by step how to use the skirt to make a dress. The other side of this is a different fabric, solid with no strips.
