Apparently I wasn't suppose to be auctioning off something that has copyright .
Which I didn't know because there's tons of people who have auctioned off these kinds of E-books. Me Auctioning this off is considered Reselling it.Sorry.

No there not ,You just have to have proof of reselling rights or it will be removed.You only can't auction off a book that isn't yours. And I didn't know that before.
