Used but works!! Me and my brother loved to play with this but it's been unused for too long and I hate clutter! Needs 5 AAA batteries which are NOT included. In the 3rd picture that's what the empty space is for. Just the batteries. This is COMPLETE even with the manual. The box has minor wear but everything else is in great shape! This is selling used on Amazon for about $50 so I needed to start the bidding a little higher. Hope you guys understand! Will ship free worldwide with GIN.

The small piece goes on your dogs collar when he barks or makes a sound it sends it to the remote and translates the sounds into words. :)

I would say, take it with a grain of salt but it's definitely fun and entertaining. I really can't say anything about accuracy because I really don't know. Sorry! Hope that helps.
