I'm sort of petite... 5'4/size 5/36c... and I wish the backside was my problem :P how close am I to your size minus the back side ? sorry if it seems a little too particular, but you KNOW how bad we all want a suit like this... but damn if it doesn't do us any good if it won't fit!!
