A picture of the back side too will help you, all with the same background. So what you will not ship the original charger that came with this phone when ya got it unless bidding goes over 1000 credits. What good is a phone with out the charger? I think this is your way of scamming people to just bid higher because without the chargers phone is useless! F&B

Why can't you use the ipod to take pictures if you dropped your phone in the water? Don't worry about being new because I have won things from people up to 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the items I won. They even have all their wings and nearly 100 badges! On top of that some people don't even want to give you your money back from shipping. Paypal has to investigate for about 3 weeks to help you get that back! No offense, but you sure use a lot of improper English to b a teacher.

y'all can bid if you want but Samm Samm Chaa Bamm isn't going to get the credits for it until you receive your item...unless you're foolish enough to say you got it from her before you didn't. for me...it's not near enough of a description and there isn't a photo? and I do believe it states CLEARLY in Listia rules that you need to be 18 to even use this site.

Wow.. For all you a$$holes out there who don't like her feedback rating, just think when you sold YOUR first item. Nobody trusted you till u got ur wings. And that takes a few auctions. This person just wants to be able to get something for another. They're credits. If you don't get ur item in 8 days then you can get ur credits back. Even better is if the person doesn't respond to the claim you get them back automatically. So all of you calm down. There's so many trust issues anymore. I trust you Sammie but I was saving up for an iPad. If anybody trusts me enough to let me bid on one.

omg get off the ladys back!!! what "scammer" takes the time to reply as much as she has? i have seen approxamenty 4 auctions that HAVE NOT said scam. i won 3 auctions that had badges and the whole shabang and i still didnt receive my item and had to get a refund so just cuz shes new dont mean shes a scam!!! i am fanning and watching o and im bidding!!!!

Why is it so hard to simply ask as to whether or not this is a scam as opposed to declaring the auction fake as if you had known all along? You people, if you so deserve to be called, are pretentious and rude thinking that you, with all your badges, can say you have never withheld an offer or changed your mind; that by the number of auctions you've made, you deserve to not only be treated as higher than those who are just beginning but to talk down on her auction as though you had the right. As a Listian, you should look at the rules in conduct and as a human being, you should be ashamed.
