This statue does not, however, prohibit the mutilation and defacing of coins if done without fraudulent intent (such as Jewelry) or if the mutilated/defaced coins are not used fraudulently.

Yes, I purchased them a long time ago. There were a lot of different ones in the bag. I sorted them, took out the ones I added to my collection and the rest are being traded here.
