I know an XLG will fit me, but can you measure the hem across and also, how long is the blouse? Finding shorter shirts just don't work anymore :( Thanks

The hem across with shirt laying flat is 18" and the total length from top of collar to bottom of shirt is 24".Hope that helps :)
