The listing, Diamond Heart Pendant has ended.

This is a genuine pave diamond heart pendant. BUT.....there is actually only two diamonds set in it, the rest has little gold knobs that are set making it look like it is all diamonds. The metal is gold over sterling. Except for the spring ring catch, which is 14K gold filled. This is a very pretty piece,( and if you dont tell the secret, then it looks a beautiful diamond cluster pendant.)
