I have had this for quite a few years and never replaced the necklace. the heart is 10k gold and stamped on it if you look at the 2nd picture you should see it. i am not sure what kind of stones is in it. could be diamonds but not 100% sure. it was a wedding gift to me 15 years ago. its very pretty. it needs to be cleaned really well then it will look even prettier. i have no use for this anymore so i wanted to offer it to my fellow listian's! i do not have a box for it or a necklace. so its just the heart! the size of it is a little bigger than the 3rd picture. i added a 4th picture with the dime and the heart sits perfectly on top of it. hope that helps answer some questions.
