This MP3 is touch screen works like new. Has a few songs on it but it was never really used. JUst have to hold on the center button and click it to on. It was a cheap one but I received a better one as a gift. you can buy a mirco sd card to add more music to it. It comes with the plug to charge it. No batteries necessary

To sherylyvargas, About the GIN. I think there are certain restrictions regarding the offer of a GIN. Like, you have to have listed a certain number of auctions, or have your 'wings', or something else. can't remember right now. Check out the rules and how it works and I think you'll find that subject somewhere. i know I've seen it somewhere. Good Luck here.

it's okay. Sense I put the MP3 in a sealed medium sized evenlope with bubble wrap in it. I will to make sure it gets there safe. :) so who ever the winner is I will give it to you and I want to message the person till they get it. I want to make sure everyone gets what they paid for basically. I hoped I helped some!
