This is an adorable little work-out skirt from Reebok. It is made of swimsuit material (rayon, spandex, nylon perhaps?) but there is no tag indicating what exactly that is. It is red on one side with white accents and logo, and a white "mesh-type" material on the other with red detailing. Super versatile and cute little skirt. There is no panty underneath. There is no size tag, but it appears to be a ladies Medium. It measures about 14" across the waistline without being stretched (28" total un-stretched) and 15" from waistline to hem. Super cute and in excellent condition! Very clean and cute, no snags, no wear, no damage, no stains- just a nice little Reebok cover up for summer! And I will pay to ship to you in the US!
