Are you talking the spells or the herbs? I believe whole heartedly that both do. The herbs have been scientifically proven to work but spells are like a prayer, in ways, it's asking the god and goddess and the universe to hear your words and take the energy that you are putting out into the universe and have it do your will. I have used many of them if not all in one way or another, the ones that I haven't I know I have if I ever do need them. It's all in how you believe and work your energy. Spells are like promises you can speak the words but if you have no meaning behind them it's just empty words, nothing is going to come of it. It's when you feel and believe every word that you say things will come about if you follow the rules and it is meant to happen the way you will it.
