Coat is size MEDIUM
12"-14" / 12-17lbs
The box says it would be the right fit for a welsh corgi, boxer, or border collie but this is NOT true at all! It would be much better for a smaller dog!

These items do NOT come in the box, as it will be easier to ship without it. I've used the leash a few times as an emergency backup when she chewed through hers, so there are some signs of wear, BUT all other items are brand new. The trench coat has only been tried on and it didn't fit. This is a really cute idea, I wish it fit her but my loss is your gain! Take your dog out in style and watch as all other dogs look on with jealousy! :]

Well I already stated that I'm unable to take exact measurements. I have no way to do that. The measurements on the box say 12-14". You could also see in another comment, someone said this exact set fit her boston terrier. I'm not familiar with small dogs, so I can't answer questions about whether or not they will fit. This stuff is free, if it doesn't fit, you can easily relist it.
