I believe these are the ones without the glue, I've never opened it so I don't really know, but from experience with fake nails, I am saying these don't have the glue.

F&W are they short or average length? I have small hands. And I have to use the short nails. The others just do not look right on me.

They don't say, but from experience they look to be normal to long. It depends on the nail company on whether it's considered normal or not, but I understand what you're talking about. I have kind of the same problem, my nails aren't as big as other people's so I need the shorter or petite ones too, but like I said it depends on the company.
