The listing, YARN- in pretty shades of lime green and ocean blue has ended.

I am not a knitting person, so I am unsure how to describe these. 2 rolls of yarn, both have a kind of texture
to them, as you can probably see. Both are beautiful colors.

I meant the actual weight on a scale. If you have a scale, that is.

They are less than 1 lb- and the spools themselves are both 7 inches long. Hope

The blue looks like a "slubby" yarn - having little slubs or tufts on the strand, the green looks like a wool boucle style yarn-just guessing both are fingering weight. Hard to tell from the 1 picture.

She wants to know the weight so she can tell about how much yarn there is. Full skeins of yarn come in ounce measurements like: 4, 6, 8 and 16 oz. The blue actually looks like there is very little there. Am I correct?

I understand. I don't have a postal scale, that would be able to tell me ounces. There is less of the blue than of the green. Upon further inspection, there is a small sticker inside the blue spool that reads: "Dyetex Inc. Haverhill, MA- Ice Blue" There is no sticker inside the green spool. Just to give you all a little more of my very limited info!
