I ordered this off the TV and when I got it I didnt care for the smell so I opened the cleansing conditioner and smelled it and pumped it one time to see how it felt and its just not for me. I didnt bother using the other items but did open them and smell those too.expect some settling in the containers due to shipping. Thank you Enjoy!

How do I achieve the best results with WEN®?
Chaz recommends three must do's when using WEN®:
Thoroughly and completely rinse your hair for 1-2 minutes before applying the Cleansing Conditioner.
Use enough product to totally cover your hair (although there will be NO lather, it should feel thick, rich and creamy).
Leave the conditioner in your hair for 3-5 minutes or longer (usually the duration of your shower).
It seems like I'm using a lot of product. Can I use too much?
WEN® isn't like an ordinary shampoo so you want to use more of it, not less. You can never use too much! The more you use, the better the results.
How much is right for my hair type?
Short: Use 3-4 pumps per section
Medium: Use 4-5 pumps per section
Long: Use 5-7 pumps per section
Very Long: Use 7-8 pumps per section
Be sure to work the Cleansing Conditioner into your hair evenly from the crown section, through the nape section and to the ends of the hair (more pumps could be needed depending on the hair texture).
