i can make your little princess a tutu. it wont be the ones shown, those i made for someone else. i do handmake these so no its not going to be perfect. i have several different colors to choose from. please give me time to make it. it usually doesnt take me that long to make it but if you want something specific it may take longer. i make it with elastic so it will stretch but i will need to know measurements. feel free to ask any questions and thanks for looking (:

no, im only making one and it wont be the ones shown. those were made for other people, i just put them on here to show what i can do. i do have more blue and green fabric that i could do for you if you won.
