ok, so im not an antique dealer but it looks old. got this at an estate sale and it is sterling. looks like its missing a few stones and i have no clue what the stones are. does anyone have these initials :)

the stones could be marcasite, could just be metal 'blanks' as i've heard them referred to. would love to see the back of the piece.

whish i knew more about it but i dont. this was my first time at an estate sale auction so i was just getting my feet wet bidding on this....and i won :)
