"SIMPLE-- SENSITIVE SKIN EXPERTS" Brand - NEW ON THE MARKET - I just purchased this item last week, Used a tiny bit out of it (shown in last pic)

Says it works on WATERPROOF makeup, but after a I put a little bit on a cotton ball and tried it no dice!! I only wear waterproof due to contacts. I tried it on REGULAR eye makeup and mascara - Works GREAT!! Retails at Walmart for $5.79 MY LOSS is Listia gain. 4.2 fl oz. I probably only used a 1/4 to 1/2 oz--dabbed on cotton ball --NO contact to inside of bottle.
