Beautiful Sleeveless Yellow Red White Black Spring or Summer Dress

Got it here on an auction but it is too big for me especially in the breast area

This dress is Size 3X (plus) but would fit size 18 (2X) pretty well

Armpit to Armpit about 22 inches
The belly/waist area all around 40 inches but stretches

Falls a bit below the knee; 100% Cotton

I bought it as New Without Tag
and indeed it appears to be new...
New smell, never worn..
I tried it on and don't like how it looks on me...
I am starting this auction low, at 19.99 because:

Please Note:

1) Please look at ALL photos for minor imperfections

2) The clear rubbery straps appear to have grayed out a bit

3) On the inside of the bras area there seems to be couple manufacturing imperfections. They are not visible on the outside but I wanted to declare those marks and show them in the pictures. These are not food stains (they may look as if they are but they are not) but are rather tiny, insignificant imperfections/"bumps" in the material/fabric itself. I like to be open, honest and upfront about everything just so you know. If the dress was a good fit for me I would keep it because the imperfections are minor and don't matter. Again, I wish I was full breasted for this beautiful dress. Here are my stats so you can figure it out better: height: 5.4 weight: 168 (some pot belly), size 16 and sadly, Cup A! Other than the breast area this dress would have been perfect for me.

This dress will fit nicely a woman who has a Cup C bras size (large or XL bosom size). If you are less than Cup C it will have to be altered. NON smoking home and free shipping.
