This phone is from verizon it self, no sim card required , you can have it program to prepaid thru a phone service (example) - call verizon ,att,net10,straightalk,virgin moble etc.) then they can have it program of your choice of service, the phone is set up for month service plan , easy to change, only thru a phone provider, hope that helps. thank you for your interest ,

as i stated a few days ago , this phone is a month to month serviced by verizon and is NOT a prepaid , so if your refferring to data plan as a month to month plan then yes it does, if you are refferring to data plan as a pre paid service , then no , if this does not help you on your question as also as i stated in my descriptions above , please, your not being specific on your question , so further info on this phone will be thru private messages only,

No it is not a 4G phone. It is an awesome phone for someone wanting to get their kid a first phone or someone with tiny hands. My daughter liked hers when she had it. Those keys are close together. This was considered a "texting" phone for people who like to text. It looks like a very nice auction. Hope this helped and welcome to Listia. It takes awhile to get the hang of it but it is a fun site:)

To auctiontech , thanks for replying asap. as you and all who watch this , im greatly appreciated for your interest , i do describe everything i know about this phone , it belonged to wife , and she had used it , its works great and all you will have to do is call verizon and get re-activated to use and new number will be assigned to you. as for the clear esn , the best to my knowledge , it is clear, hope this helps those that questions to be answered , thank you all again ,
