You can use either everyday on your color treated hair. It really works, I have been using them for a couple of years and really do notice the difference so much so that I stocked up on them. You are probably wondering why I am listing them, well, I stopped coloring my hair. Yes, I am going with what I call Nature's Highlights, LOL.
