I have another kiss one but it still works. I like to use them before putting them on. If it's refillable then it's good but these aren't refillable. I got them at Murphy's USA. They sometimes have band lighters.

I did have a Kiss lighter on here a while back. I still have one but it still works. Murphy's USA here sometimes sells bic band lighters.

I did have this in a bag up for auction for a while. I know that these are actually worth something even when they no longer work. I collect them even if they aren't band ones.
