~Says size 3 on the shoe box but it appears that this company is based out of France and I do not understand the description of the shoe sizes the way they are described

~I bought these at a rummage sale for $5.00 and was going to use them as a baby shower gift but I never ended up going to this baby shower and had forgotten about them

~From what the outside of the box descriptions this baby gift is a "high end", pricey item. These shoes are made of 100 percent leather, expandable elastic and adjustable fasteners for a good fit, cushioned insoles for comfort, water repellent and non-slip soles.
