finally found it on the tag...it is a XS from Petco, Dickens closet brand,. are you a chihuahua or a rat terrier? What a cutie!! I have a mini (verging on Toy) Rat terrier 6 lbs..there is room for his barrel chest on this

oh yes...it is an extra small, my 5 lb Rat Terrier fits it, he has a 15"chest. It does have velcro on the straps (front and back) so it makes it very versatile size wise
