reason why i put adults or children, i wear a size 7 or 8 shoe, they say size 5 on the slippers, but they fit my feet and i am an adult, they do not say on the slippers adult or children, being the fit my foot i would have to say adult, but would fit and older child depending on the size of the older childs foot, the slippers measure 9 1/2 inches in length

If they fit you when you wear size 7-8 and they say size 5, they are boys size five (men size). Like a woman size 9 would be more like a man size 7.
