I guess it's a prepaid, reloadable card. I've never used it before, so you might want to google it. I was told you can use it to add money to your paypal. thanks!

You can also use them to load other prepaid cards if you purchase the money pak, is this a gift card or a money pak? I think the money pak is what you use to load money on stuff.

If this is a money pack you can not add it directly to your pay pal account you have to have a green dot credit card to do the first.
The green dot credit card cost $9.99 to get.
