This an Authentic Joseph Ribkoff cocktail dress. You might call it 'vintage'. Ribkoff IS one of Canada's Premier Designers for women's clothing. This Bright Blue Beauty is made from 85% polyester and 15% spandex. very form fitting with a nice bit of stretch to hug those lovely curves. The straps are actually one continuous strap that clips at the top, front of the bodice with gold tone, rhinestone studded clips, like those on 'bib overalls'. The strap is NOT removable, the clips just makes it a bit easier to get into the dress. Zips all the way up the back. This dress is not lined and can be machine washed. Made in Canada.
