1995, Upper deck silver signature error card.A pretty good error card as far as error cards go. The series featured a silvered driver autograph. This one is of course a Ken Schrader signature on a Morgan Shepherd card.
These were pretty obvious mistakes and the card companies swooped down pretty quick to fix these errors. So there aren't too many floating around.
