Before I get a bunch of comments I want to clarify that I DID win this iPhone on Listia. After getting it to work (will explain below) I decided I had no real use for it and so I decided to share it with my fellow Listians :)

When I got this I was able to use the iphone that had been reset. When I plugged it in to sync I updated it and then it wouldn't let me use the iphone anymore because it didn't have a SIM card. I had to go on eBay and purchase a SIM card so that I could get it to work. One of the big plusses is that you will be able to use this iphone as a an ipod because I'm including the SIM card that I purchased!

The reason I decided not to keep this is because I have an ipod touch, iphone 4s, and a couple of ipod nano. I know why win something like this if I already had all that? I originally wanted it as a collectors item, but after having it for awhile I decided I didn't want it.

YES this is in working condition. I'm NOT selling it because it isn't working. It works and can be used as an ipod touch or you could connect it through ATT I suppose.

Apple Stickers, Directions, and SIM Tray Removal Tool
SIM Card (that I purchased off of eBay)

Condition...
There is a screen protector on the screen (already came on it when I got it)
The screen is supposed to be in great condition as advertised by the seller I won this from. It seems good to me.
The back casing has 2 cracks. One at the bottom where the syncing cable goes and another close to the earphone jack. Doesn't affect the functioning of the iPhone. (PICTURED)

I will reset and erase everything from the iPhone as per Listia rules. I got a rubber case when I received this but IDK where it is now. If I find it I will include it when I ship (NOT GUARANTEED)

Why doesnt it say in the description how many GB it is, thats one of the most important things. And funny how all the little kids below dont ask that either.

@pandagarcia123, your a story teller. How are you going to bid real high like you say? With the credits you get from your pokemon cards or skateboarding stickers? Riiiight. And seeing how you said you broke your iphone and want this one, how did you list all those items? It shows you listed them using an iphone. Put some more thought into your story telling, it may make more sense...

Honestly though, if youve bought a bunch of phones with bad esn's its your own fault after the first time. Theres a very common popular site that everyone goes to to check esn numbers. Just ask for it in a private message to the seller, get the number, and check it. If its bad dont buy it. If they dont give it to you thats a sign its probably bad, dont buy it. Thats how I do it anyways, so far ive only got 1 bad esn phone, it was my first and only one actually.

sellers, please provide if ESN is clean or not, I have been burned on here for 5 phones with bad ESN's if you dont know, put it in your info,
buyers, make sure you ask if it doesnt state in the info.
even a new phone can have a bad ESN

Thats the way Listia works. I have 9 seller feedbacks but 23 feedbacks total from combined seller and buyer feedbacks. When you auction something it only shows your seller feedback to represent how good of a seller you are.

No you have to get a contract with at&t. I'm sure there are ways to make it like that but you would have to jailbreak it and what not, and I know nothing about that.
