The Fujitsu Stylistic 1200 is the pen tablet that offers convenience to users in a small package. Operating on the Windows NT operating system, the Fujitsu tablet has two PC card slots as well as keyboard, parallel, video and serial ports, along with two USB ports and microphone and headphone jacks. The Fujitsu Stylistic 1200 features a 128-bit video controller and full-screen video playback, which later became standards in the industry. The 8-inch backlit screen on this Fujitsu tablet supports four different display types, each with a 640x480-pixel VGA resolution. The pen tablet has a resolution of 1016 points per inch (ppi) for digitizing and samples at 133 points per second for excellent and quick transmission. The pen idles after 1.5 to 4.5 minutes of no activity to save battery life, which is 1190 hours of continuous running time. The black casing of this Fujitsu tablet measures 11.1 inches wide by 7.4 inches high by 1.6 inches deep and features several hotkeys and mouse buttons for easy controlling.

I'll see if I can find out for you, but if I'm not mistaken (As old as this is) it should be IDE/PATA drive, but I will double check for you this morning.

This originally was designed and made for Windows 95 so yes it is the PATA/IDE hard drive.

These are so old that I wouldn't expect many people to have much information on the early tablets unless they were a tech junkie. I'm JUST discovering some of the old tablets that keeps up with the latest iPad (if configured properly). I'm not sure about this 1 though but it would make a great e-book reader.
